  • What is Art-Holics?
    Art-holics is an unique art project designed, curated, sourced, and packed by us. We use our various skillsets to keep the projects fun, fresh, and diverse so every time our customers open their box, they can feel excited and ready to begin their creative adventure.
  • What is in my box?
    Each month you will receive a box full of quality art materials needed to complete the project. Instructions and customized templates will be provided, to help crafters of all levels and experience. However, if you are feeling adventurous and wishes to craft in your own unique way, feel free to do so! and don't forget to share it with us!
  • What's a mystery box?
    A mystery box are for adventurous crafters who love surprises! However, please be assured that each box are designed and extensively tested. Moreover, the boxes are assigned based on your account's history, hence you will not get the same project twice! Please note, only mystery boxes are subscription based.
  • How many crafts are there in a box?
    The number of crafts vary from box to box.Typically, each box include 1-2 larger or main crafts or 2-3 smaller ones, tied together by an engaging cultural theme.
  • How long do we take to complete the project in the box?
    The time to complete can vary for each craft and each child or individual, but expect to need up to at least 2 hours or more for the completion of the entire project.
  • Difference between subscription and one-time?
    The current subscription-based boxes are either 3-month or 6-month based, in which you will receive a discount on the per-box price. Please note, these are paid in-full at checkout; savings are calculated based on the price of a single box. One-time purchases are paid only for that month, at a non-discounted rate.
  • I would like to receive a free box to review for my vlog or youtube channel. Is that possible?
    Promotional boxes are limited to a certain number each month. If you are interested in sharing our joy, please contact us and include the following: - Name of your blog / vlog or social media - A short write up on how you usually engage with your audiences... Please note, we will need verfication that you are the owner of the site or channel and that your site or channel have consistent views online. Unfortunately, we will not be able to work with brand new accounts.
  • Shipping and Tracking
    All orders are shipped through our courier partners with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. ​ A standard shipping fee is applied to all the products. ​ If your item does not arrive please contact us at our email: main@art-holics.life. We will raise an investigation with our couriers.
  • How long does it take for my box to arrive?
    After the order is placed, your box is immediately prepared and packed (within 5 business days) to be handed over to the shipping courier. The box then will be shipped from the shipping courier within 4 business days. Your box should arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipping.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Currently, we only ship locally in Singapore. But we are looking to expand internationally. Drop us a mail at main@art-holics.life or DM us at instagram to find out more!
  • I need to change my shipping address for subscription.
    Simply login into your account and update your information by clicking edit my addresses. The change will be reflected immediately on all of your unshipped boxes. In an effort to get the goodies to you promptly, all addresses must be updated 48 hours prior to the subscription renewal date.
  • Theres a mistake in my shipping address.
    Unfortunately, these little incidents can happen when an address is incomplete or has been erroneously input on the buyer’s side. If a box has been sent back to us due to this mailing mistake, the buyer is required to pay for the reshipping cost. However, we will not be able to reship boxes if it is not sent back to us. If the mistake occurred on our end we will accommodate to ensure you receive a new or re-shipped box with no extra further costs or hassle.
  • My Box have a missing item or it is damaged. What should i do?
    We guarantee that the monthly art box will arrive in a good condition, but if there is any problems, we will do our best to make it right. ​ If there is an issue, please send us an email, with name, number and a photo of the damaged item through our email: main@art-holics.life or reach out to us at our instagram page. We will respond within 3 (Three) business days. However, please note that the validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of agent supporting this process. Replacement items will be shipped out once confirmed by the supporting agent, while refunds will be made if we do not have the item in stock. However, to be eligible for refunds, a Return must be made within 14 days from the shipment date, with original packaging and unused. We do not accept refunds after 14 days. ​ We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

    We currently accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards. all payments are taken through our secure checkout and we will never share any of your details with third-parties.
  • Can I purchase one box without subscribing?
    Yes, just opt for the one-time purchase.
  • How do i cancel my subscription?
    Just go to your profile > My subscriptions > Cancel . If theres any issues, feel free to contact us for support.
